Amazon flex login11/2/2023 People don't give good directions or worse, cover up their house number and you spend so much time trying to deliver one package. Pray you don't get any apartment deliveries because they waste all of your time either trying to get through the gates, finding the apts or trying to find lockers. And they treat everyone like they're criminals. They don't care what you're having problems with so don't bother trying to explain. Don't count on customer service for any assistance because they aren't there to help you, they are there to protect amazon. The worst part is you don't know where you'll be delivering until they give you a route so you can end up going an hour away, in the boonies or in a dangerous crime ridden area. Expectations are very unclear, especially when 70% of the route is delivering to large apartment complexes and you have 45 minutes out to the center of the city and nearly an hour back, because of the morning rush hour traffic, when your route ends! They want you to attempt everything, but if you spend too much time attempting many buildings you run out of time to attempt ones at the end, and there is no clear way to scan packages back for return, so if they lose a package at the station after you return you have no way to verify that you returned it. Yet they will still penalize your standing for it, as if you can break in or work a couple extra hours for free to swing back around in the morning after your route ends. Secondly, you may get a route that sends you into a crime ridden areas of the city during the middle of the night! Which almost guarantees there are going to be packages you cannot deliver. Firstly, they require you to use your own vehicle, for many miles and a lot of stop and go.
